Owner

Greg founded Greg Walls Building + Design in 1994 after earning his Bachelor’s degree from the School of Architecture and Design at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Before launching his own company, he gained valuable experience working with his father, C. Phil Walls, and other local builders. With over 30 years of industry experience, Greg brings a deep understanding of construction practices.

As a designer, contractor, and developer, Greg has served on numerous boards and earned recognition for his innovative approach to development and growth. His projects have received Gold Rivet awards and have been featured in local news outlets for their forward-thinking designs.

Specializing in urban infill developments, Greg excels at creating layouts that maximize a lot’s potential while enhancing the quality of life for its residents and clients alike.

Principal

Helena earned her Associate degree from South Louisiana Community College in 2015 through the Early College Academy program.   After graduating, she pursued studies in Architecture at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before deciding to start her own business. 

As a fourth-generation builder and designer, Helena grew up on her father’s job sites and has learned almost everything she knows about the industry from her father, Greg Walls, and her grandfather, C. Phil Walls.  

She is an integral member of our team and plays a vital role in every stage of our projects from initial concept to final completion.   Helena is the primary force behind our working drawings and also takes on numerous responsibilities, including handling much of our administrative work. Helena’s versatility and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team.
