Metairie Centre

Vermilion Architects partnered with Walls-Studio to conceptualize and design a modern townhouse project that seamlessly integrates functionality and community. Rear parking access was provided through a network of alleys, while a central pedestrian path, aligned with the axis of the main road in the mixed-use complex, connects the units. The design incorporates planters within the courtyard to enhance privacy for individual units, alongside shared green spaces and communal courtyard areas to foster community interaction and engagement.
