Scope of work: Walls-Studio was tasked with creating one, two and three bedroom Townhouse plans that maintained the exterior aesthetic coherency in phases one and two of Enclave. Our approach was to create pods of three and four building clusters on the perimeters due to the steep elevation changes. We created one bedroom duplexes with common courtyards in the “islands” and affordable duplex units at the end cap. The result was the creation of 44 units.
