scope of work: walls-studio was tasked with creating one, two and three bedroom Townhouse plans that maintained the exterior aesthetical coherancy in phases one and two of Enclave. Our approach was to create pods of three and four building clusters on the perimters due to the steep elevation changes. We created one bedroom duplexes with common courtyards in the “islands” and affordable duplex units at the endcap. The result was the creation of 44 units.
