Comeaux Place

This urban infill development, located in an established neighborhood, was thoughtfully designed to prioritize functionality and street engagement. By strategically acquiring property with space for a rear common alley, Walls-Studio designed parking to be situated at the back of the units. This approach preserved the front entrances, free from parking areas, allowing the units to connect seamlessly with the street and enhance the neighborhood's pedestrian experience.
